Return and Refund Policy

 At Crystal Fjord we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If your order has not reached your expectations, please do contact us and we will happily discuss any issues and/or issue a refund. Please see further information below.

We accept returns on full orders or on individual items. Any returns will receive a full refund, excluding the original postage fees.

You may request a return via email or our contact form, this must be done within 7 days from the transaction date and the goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery and your refund will be processed as soon as the return has been received and inspected.

In all instances, please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best) along with a delivery note, stating your Name, Postcode and Order Number. We would advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray. The cost of return postage lies solely with the buyer. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

• We will not refund any item(s) which have become damaged during the return transit due to poor packing.
• We will not refund any item(s) which become damaged AFTER receiving your parcel. Unless your item(s) arrived broken, any future damages are not our responsibility. 
• If a parcel is redirected back to us due ian incorrect address (on your behalf) or the parcel not being claimed, we will happily resend the parcel but you must pay the additional postage fee first.  If you decide not to pay the additional postage fee, you'll receive a full refund for the items but NOT for the original postage.
